Manager, HR Shared Services

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services function for dispersed employee populations in
• Escalation point for complex HR inquiries; partner with stakeholders for effective resolutions.
• Ensure HR service delivery complies with federal, state, local, and international employment
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, Legal, Finance to coordinate workflows and
• Develop knowledge of HRIS, case management, and related HR tech; support adoption across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–4 years in HR Shared Services or HR Operations
• Experience delivering HR service to geographically dispersed populations (North America and EMEA).
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle, data governance, compliance, and service
• Experience with HRIS/case management platforms (Workday, Workday Help, ServiceNow or similar).
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage) and understanding of HRIS data
