Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in HR, talent, strategy, consulting, or organizational effectiveness
Or High School with 14+ years of relevant HR experience
Master’s degree preferred
10+ years in HR/talent/strategy is an asset
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
Proven experience leading cross-team projects
