🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in HR/strategy-related fields is a plus.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior leaders; ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and driving results in ambiguous environments.
