Manager, HR Technology

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of HR application administrators.
• Hands-on across Workday stack; provide techno-functional guidance.
• Manage intake, workload, and prioritization across projects.
• Administer HR and Payroll systems including Workday suite.
• Deliver expertise in payroll, benefits, talent mgmt, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support US and India regulatory requirements and data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years HR technology/HRIS experience.
• 2+ years direct people-management experience.
• 3+ years Workday administration with module depth.
• Experience administering Ashby (ATS) and CultureAmp.
• Working knowledge of HRIS integrations and ERP (NetSuite a plus).
