📋 Description

• Lead teams in developing and validating bioanalytical assays
• Oversee client engagement and on-time assay execution under GxP
• Prioritize tasks and manage schedules and resources
• Present data and lead client meetings; ensure quality and timelines
• Hire, mentor, and develop team; drive continuous improvement
• Identify new techniques and implement them

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or advanced degree with relevant experience
• Expert in chromatographic assays using HPLC and LC/MS/MS
• Experience in regulated bioanalysis, tissue analysis, CYP inhibition/induction
• GxP environment experience; ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong leadership, communication, and data presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word; ability to manage multiple tasks
