📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts and/or Implementation Consultants to
• Oversee data requirements, platform configuration, and administrator training to drive high-quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align
• Identify risks, manage portfolio health, and develop resolution strategies for multiple concurrent
• Provide hands-on support for complex projects, including data transformation strategies and
• Travel approximately 25% of the time to support customer implementations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience; prior people-management experience is
• 3 years of project delivery experience in a SaaS setting.
• GIS software experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers at all levels.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
