📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for a team of Implementation Analysts/Consultants
• Translate delivery plans into scalable operational processes
• Monitor portfolio health: utilization, metrics, risk, outcomes
• Escalate complex challenges: data transformation, config, cross-product workflows
• Align with Sales/Product/Engineering/CS to improve delivery quality
• Partner with customers to translate requirements into strategy from kickoff to go-live

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent + 5+ years in SaaS/tech delivery
• People management: performance coaching and development
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios with customer focus
• Strong technical acumen: data prep, configuration, workflow logic
• Customer-facing experience with executives and end users
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking; decision-making in ambiguity
