📋 Description

• Lead a regional team of Partner/Support Engineers serving advertisers and partners across Pinterest
• Own region goals, metrics, and stakeholder relationships; guide cross-functional initiatives with

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of people/team management in client‑facing technical teams (5+ years total experience).
• Background in Ad Tech, MarTech, or eCommerce.
• Strong technical skills: Python or shell scripting, SQL, data analysis, API integrations.
• Experience with SQL/Presto/Spark, Tableau/Superset, Postman/Bruno, Kibana, GitHub/Sourcegraph
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
• Based in New York City or Chicago; remote/hybrid role.
