• GTM Strategy & Execution: feedback on segmentation, messaging, pricing, sales playbooks
• Sales Motion Design: scalable, repeatable sales processes
• Team Leadership: recruit and lead a high-performing sales team
• Demand Gen Alignment: partner with Marketing for campaigns feeding pipeline
• Sales Enablement: create collateral, training, knowledge repos
• Pipleline Management: forecast targets and optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS/enterprise software sales with leadership
• Proven track record building high-performing teams
• Digital sales motions, inside sales, and sales automation
• Experience with ServiceNow ecosystem strongly preferred
• Strategic thinking with operational excellence
• Excellent communication across executives, sales, marketing, partners
