Manager, Infrastructure Capex Accounting

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end accounting for Anthropic's AI infrastructure capex and fixed asset portfolio
• Manage monthly close, CIP tracking, reconciliations, roll-forwards, and flux analysis
• Apply ASC 360 to infrastructure assets, including capitalization, useful lives, impairment, and
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations, Legal, and Finance on contracts to understand accounting
• Explain financial implications of decisions to non-finance stakeholders in clear terms
• Improve upstream data pipelines for asset receipt, deployment, and in-service dates

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience in tech or infrastructure-heavy environments
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Strong ASC 360 technical accounting knowledge relevant to infra/assets
• Experience with large fixed asset portfolios in high-growth settings
• Analytical with large datasets; proven ability to drive scalable financial processes
• Experience mentoring junior accounting professionals
