Manager, Inventory Planning

📋 Description

• Owns coordination of the master production plan and follow-on activities.
• Ensure scheduling adherence to optimize the plan and predictability.
• Drive the monthly S&OP process and support AbbVie’s financial goals.
• Coordinate with manufacturing for firmed orders and on-time finished goods.
• Lead daily/weekly schedule reviews and stakeholder communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, Sciences or Engineering. MBA desirable.
• 5 years in Materials Management (MPS, Inventory Control, PAC, MRP).
• Experience with computerized inventory systems; proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to forecast, evaluate demand vs capacity, and adjust plans.
• Adaptable in a multitask, dynamic planning environment.
