Manager, Inventory Planning

📋 Description

• Coordinate the master production plan within the site and follow-on activities
• Ensure production scheduling adherence to optimize plan, efficiency and predictability
• Act as main contact with supply chain partners and support monthly S&OP
• Lead daily/weekly schedule reviews and communicate changes with stakeholders
• Prepare weekly/monthly production plan considering demands and lead times
• Drive MPS lock discussions and analyze variances for site financial reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Business Admin, Sciences or Engineering; MBA desirable
• 5 years in Materials Management: MPS, Inventory Control, PAC, MRPI
• Experience with computerized inventory systems; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical/problem-solving with forecasting and capacity planning
• SAP experience required
