Manager, IT Risk Operations

📋 Description

• Lead executive reporting on IT risk, compliance posture, operational performance, and control
• Develop KPI and KRI dashboards to reveal risk trends, control performance, and operational issues
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and standards; identify systemic and emerging risks across
• Partner with Legal, Security, and IT stakeholders to support investigations and governance
• Oversee ITSM governance, ServiceNow analytics, incident/change/problem data, and identify trends
• Drive risk process modernization through automation and data-driven oversight; manage a small team

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: ~7+ years in IT risk, security compliance, technology audit, IT governance, or related
• Regulated environments: Experience in complex or regulated organizations preferred.
• Risk and controls: Strong understanding of control design, risk registers, RCSA, audit response
• Framework knowledge: Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, and SOC 2.
• ITSM: Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM reporting (incident, change, problem lifecycles).
