📋 Description

• Define forward-looking learning strategy aligned with product adoption and growth.
• Lead scalable learning ecosystem with AI personalization and digital-first experiences.
• Develop modular, role-based training aligned to products and adoption milestones.
• Drive AI-powered learning, personalized paths, and automation.
• Standardize delivery across virtual, on-demand, blended, and instructor-led formats.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, CS, Sales, and Marketing to embed learning into journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in learning, development, training, enablement, education
• 7+ years in training, L&D, enablement, or customer education; scaling programs in tech.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles for diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering digital, virtual, blended, and instructor-led learning with data-driven
• Experience with AI, LMS/LXP, and learning technologies; remote collaboration.
