Manager, Legal Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the legal operations function and set the strategy/roadmap with GC & Legal &
• Oversee budgeting/forecasting, e-billing, outside counsel, and contract lifecycle management.
• Drive legal tech strategy and optimize systems (Ironclad, Brightflag, Streamline).
• Simplify intake and improve responsiveness using Streamline, Zendesk, and the legal email alias.
• Manage vendor relationships, billing accuracy, and cost/value across engagements.
• Build knowledge management, processes, and cross-functional program management across Legal &

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in in-house legal operations, or related operational roles with people/tech optimizations.
• Hands-on with e-billing (Brightflag) and CLM (Ironclad).
• Experience budgeting/forecasting with Finance; strong project management.
• Ability to lead cross-stakeholder process improvements and drive efficiency.
