Manager, Legal Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the legal operations team and processes.
• Own the legal tech stack: Jira, Conga/CPQ/CLM, Checkbox, Agiloft, DocuSign, Salesforce.
• Primary approver on quotes requiring legal review and tool-based contract generation.
• Oversee entity management, contracting management, and insurance programs.
• Drive compliance initiatives and align Legal with Sales, Revenue Ops, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to guide resourcing and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Paralegal studies or diploma in law with 4+ years in a legal operations role.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts (IP, licensing, SaaS, privacy).
• People management: performance, workload, and capability development.
• Experience administering CLM/legal workflow platforms (Conga/CPQ, Checkbox, Agiloft, DocuSign).
• Data-driven with analytics to improve team capacity; strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions; tech-curious about APIs/integrations.
