Manager, Logistics Efficiency and Effectiveness

📋 Description

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Drive global freight tenders and SAP logistics operating model optimization.
• Develop metrics to standardize internal/external performance reviews.
• Monitor supply chain metrics; identify trends, risks, opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee adoption of technology to improve visibility and analytics.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, BTS, and finance to address challenges and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in logistics planning, distribution, transportation, and project management.
• Broad business perspective; understanding of supply chain and logistics.
• Experience with outsourced partners; 4PL/LLP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP TM and BN4L a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in supply chain software & data
