Lead cross-functional efforts to expand networks for freight, e-commerce, and complex projects.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to align logistics with new product
Ensure regulatory, customs, Incoterms, and trade compliance; optimize landed costs and processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
5+ years KPI framework development and carrier performance management.
5+ years sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management.
5+ years people management within logistics teams.
