• Own inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and transport ops end-to-end.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and carrier partnerships.
• Lead sourcing, negotiations, and vendor governance with 3PLs.
• Expand networks for freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects.
• Optimize network design to reduce lead times and costs.

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years KPI frameworks and carrier performance programs.
• 5+ years sourcing strategy, negotiations, partnerships.
• 5+ years people management in logistics.
