Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of engineers for automated manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to scale high-volume production.
• Design next-gen manufacturing architecture with internal/external resources.
• Create and improve assembly lines, BOMs, work instructions.
• Apply automation and robotics to ensure yield, MTBF, MTTR, OEE.
• Validate equipment designs using discrete event, PLC, robot path sim.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in mechanical engineering; MS preferred.
• 5-7 years in process/manufacturing with automated systems.
• Strong electrical/controls background.
• Experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and cPK/SPC.
• CAD experience; SolidWorks preferred.
• Role onsite in Sunnyvale, travel ~30%.
