🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years in materials planning, logistics, or supply chain
Experience with aerospace/defense or high tech manufacturing
Strong MRP/ERP knowledge and planning methods
Experience with NPI material readiness
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
