🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
8+ yrs experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers
Strong understanding of the health plan network participation agreement lifecycle
Demonstrated experience navigating complex payer dynamics
Strong analytics and risk assessment skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish, sustain, and improve payer
