📋 Description

• Own intake and review of new AI apps, skills, plugins, and agents.
• Lead security review of AI tools and data handling.
• Manage deployment/configuration across the org with access provisioning.
• Maintain inventory and risk register for AI tools and plugins.
• Define guardrails for agentic tools and autonomous actions.
• Monitor usage, costs, and vendor relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience evaluating, deploying, or managing AI apps/LLMs in an enterprise IT setting.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM security concepts and data exposure risks.
• Familiarity with SaaS security: OAuth, API permissions, third-party risk.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to govern a review process.
• Project/program management with clear documentation and outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
