📋 Description

• Shape AI roadmap for healthcare software platform.
• Lead the delivery of production AI features (LLM, RAG, vector search).
• Own data ingestion, deployment, scalability, and reliability of AI tooling.
• Ensure HIPAA, PHI privacy, and compliance in AI designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and clients; hands-on coding and reviews.
• Drive governance, literacy, and responsible-AI practices across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
• 6+ years in product engineering or technical product management in B2B SaaS; 3+ years building
• Experience with healthcare IT, SaaS, EHRs, and clinical workflows.
• Working knowledge HL7 v2, FHIR (R4 preferred), CCD/CCDA; healthcare integrations.
• HIPAA/PHI compliance experience and regulatory considerations.
• Portfolio of AI systems; discuss architecture and code-level details.
