Manager of Data Science Production Engineering, Data Engineering & Delivery

📋 Description

• Lead a Data Engineering & Delivery (DED) team within DSPE to build data infrastructure
• Manage timely delivery of robust data products and systems that meet DSPE business needs and
• Drive operational effectiveness and coach team on new technologies, procedures, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters in Statistics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, CS, Math, OR or related field; Doctorate is a
• 5+ years relevant experience with MS degree; 2+ years with PhD.
• 2+ years in regulated environments (e.g., CLIA/FDA).
• 2+ years in managing a Data Engineering/Production/Delivery or Data Analytics team.
• Strong SQL and Python; R a plus; data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight).
• Experience with data products, dbt, Git workflows, and healthcare data/EHR knowledge is a plus.
