Grow the team: hire, mentor, and develop engineers
Partner with aircraft teams for flight-autonomy integration

Oversee design, validation, and delivery of major capability
Travel 20-30% for field events and customer support

🎯 Requirements

BS/MS in CS, EE, ME, AE or equivalent
7+ yrs with Bachelor's; or 5+ yrs with MS; or 4+ yrs with PhD
2+ yrs people-management experience
Experience building/growing engineering teams
Mentoring and career growth for engineers
Experience leading a capability from design to field
