📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for both Implementation and Learning, deciding what gets
• Manage and develop your team of implementation specialists and learning content specialists
• Direct execution of Implementation, guiding your teams priorities and standards for how camps move
• Direct execution of Learning, guiding your teams priorities for the curriculum, self-serve
• Design learning programs and implementation processes built to flex as the UI evolves and new
• Partner across Support, Success, Sales, and Product to ensure Learning stays ahead of platform

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing people, motivating teams, and managing budgets in a SaaS environment.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate goals into priorities and a clear execution plan.
• Experience in Learning and Implementation roles in SaaS, with awareness of AIs impact on
• Data-driven approach to prioritization and tradeoffs; able to justify paths with evidence.
• Ability to define success metrics, track impact, and adjust approach when needed.
• Experience presenting work in high-stakes conversations with senior leaders or cross-functional
