📋 Description

  • Oversee day-to-day legal operations to support department and business goals.
  • Lead legal operations planning and KPI delivery.
  • Champion Agiloft's CLM platform; optimize contract processes and terms.
  • Establish intake, triage, prioritization, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain standard agreements, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Enable the Legal team with onboarding, incentives, and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6+ years in legal operations or related leadership roles in high-growth tech environments.
  • Experience building systems from scratch; budget and ROI management.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS MSAs, PSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and other agreements.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts inventory and obligations; strong PM skills.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, and excellent communication.
