📋 Description

Oversee dyslexia programming across KIPP Texas schools.
Ensure alignment with TEA, IDEA, 504, and state rules.
Coach APSS leaders and Literacy Facilitators to improve MTSS literacy outcomes.
Monitor intervention schedules, data, and progress for Tier 2/3 literacy.
Support audits and documentation compliance for dyslexia services.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Reading, or related field.
Texas teaching cert; Dyslexia/Structured Literacy training preferred.
5+ years in literacy interventions, MTSS, or related roles.
Experience coaching teachers and campus leaders in dyslexia programming.
Experience in Texas public schools with TEA dyslexia requirements preferred.
