Manager of Literacy Interventions

📋 Description

• The Manager of Literacy Interventions oversees dyslexia programming across a portfolio of KIPP
• Ensures services align with TEA requirements, IEPs, Section 504, and state dyslexia rules.
• Collaborates with APSS leaders and Literacy Facilitators to strengthen Tier 2/3 literacy systems
• Supports internal audits, progress monitoring, and MTSS alignment across campuses.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Reading, or related field.
• Valid Texas teaching certification; dyslexia-related training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in literacy intervention, MTSS, or related leadership roles.
• Experience coaching teachers and campus leaders; TEA dyslexia knowledge strongly preferred.
• Hybrid/remote work: Hybrid at central office or schools with travel; ability to manage multiple
