🎯 Requirements

Experience designing and delivering technical training for IT operations/engineering teams.
Experience leading trainers, writers, instructional designers, or learning professionals.
Strong LMS administration, knowledge management, and instructional design skills.
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum, ServiceNow/workflow platforms, and AI tools for content creation.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and maintain technical documentation.
