Manager of SAP BASIS and Security

📋 Description

• Oversee SAP BASIS administration and security in a regulated medical device env.
• Lead and develop a team of BASIS admins and manage vendor relations.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and seamless SAP integrations.
• Direct SAP upgrades, patching, and transport management.
• Oversee high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with IT and business units on manufacturing and regulatory reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/IS or related; 8+ years SAP BASIS experience.
• SAP BASIS expertise; SAP certifications preferred.
• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, FDA regs, SOX/ITGC, validation.
• Experience with SAP BTP and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS); hybrid integration.
• ITIL processes and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Exposure to medical device manufacturing validation.
