Strategic Finance Manager, reporting to Senior Director of Strategic Finance
Partner with CFO and executive leaders on cross-functional finance, strategy, and business
Develop financial, analytical, and strategic infrastructure to scale a rapidly growing company
Lead analyses and special projects on partner performance, unit economics, pricing, and policy
Translate complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development
Healthcare or specialty pharmacy exposure is a strong plus
Advanced Excel and financial modeling with large datasets
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate to non-financial audiences
Strong understanding of business models and unit economics
Ability to distill issues into structured frameworks and actionable plans
