Collaborate with senior leaders to turn data and risk insight into actionable decisions.

🎯 Requirements

Experience leading teams and building or maturing risk capabilities and processes.
Background in anti-fraud operations, financial-crime controls, or fraud tooling (e.g., identity
Experience with operational risk, RCSA, control design and validation, and risk registers.
Strong data analytics mindset; able to analyze operational data to detect trends and drive
Familiarity with operational automation or digital process change is a plus.
Experience with insurance administration and vendor management preferred.
