Manager, Payroll Operations - APAC

📋 Description

• Own the complete payroll function across regions, ensuring timely, accurate processing per country
• Mentor and lead the Payroll Operations team, providing guidance and unblock blockers.
• Act as point of contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement payroll best practices, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers, accounting teams, and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries; manage third-party payroll providers.
• People leadership; ability to coach without micromanaging.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving.
