Manager, Payroll Operations - APAC

📋 Description

• Own the planning and implementation of the Payroll chapter.
• Lead payroll operations across APAC and globally.
• Manage payroll on time, accurately, and compliant with country regulations.
• Act as the point of contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the Payroll Operations team.
• Develop best practices, KPIs, and SLAs for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive regional/global payroll operations experience.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll across multiple countries and managing payroll providers.
• People management skills; able to lead without micromanaging.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving.
