Manager, Process Improvement

📋 Description

• Lead complex improvement projects in Supply Chain Planning
• Drive governance, strategy deployment, and lean six sigma adoption
• Improve organizational effectiveness and coaching for Supply Chain Planning
• Act as Change Agent for strategy deployment and value creation
• Develop training programs on continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma, kaizen)
• Collaborate with management to ensure project goals meet scope and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Engineering, Economics or Business Management
• 8 years in Operations, Supply Chain or Financial Management
• Hands-on lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma, and advanced planning methods
• Proven change management and project leadership experience
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Manufacturing, and SCM
• Practical knowledge of SAP/JDA or similar systems; strong communication
