Manager, Procurement Management

📋 Description

• Manage activities from strategic sourcing to contracting with alignment to category strategy.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy, support supplier diversity and sustainability
• Drive supplier management and alignment to SRM strategy with Procurement Lead and Category Managers.
• Implement risk mitigation plans and communicate procurement risks to safeguard operations.
• Maintain excellence in source to contract and requisition to pay processes.
• Enable savings and ensure supply across downstream procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Mgmt or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in procurement, supply chain, or related function.
• Experience managing teams and deep understanding of procurement operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
