📋 Description

• Lead design on key initiatives, journeys, wireframes, and UI
• Turn complex problems into intuitive player flows
• Partner with Engineering and Product to shape what we build
• Grow the design system to speed delivery and maintain consistency
• Manage a team of product designers; mentor growth weekly
• Align designers' strengths to squads and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing and shipping customer-facing mobile products
• Mentors designers or leads small teams
• Strong UX and visual craft; portfolio shows attention to detail
• Reads design through a business lens; translate strategy to solutions
• Builds, evolves, and scales design systems used cross-functionally
• Works autonomously; communicates design decisions clearly
