Manager, Product Security Analysis

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Product Security Analysts across Intuitive medical device platforms.
• Drive threat modeling, attack surface analyses, and cybersecurity risk assessments using STRIDE and
• Oversee compliance with FDA guidance, Section 524B FD&C Act, and global regulations.
• Improve and establish security policies, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to support objectives.
• Support departments responding to customer concerns, security laws, and product requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years as an individual contributor and 1-3 years as a people manager in embedded product
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity attacks, threat analysis, ethical hacking, and system
• Strong design and development skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to lead and manage deeply technical contributors and set goals.
