Manager, Product Support Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Product Support Engineers for real-time field escalations
• Develop technical service content and drive product/process improvements
• Act as liaison between Product Development, Operations and Services teams
• Oversee budget, resource planning, and readiness for future needs
• Support regulatory audits and safety/compliance initiatives
• Guide deployment strategies for product support and field actions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in engineering; 1-3 years as people manager
• Experience in Medical Capital Equipment preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Background in regulated environments (FDA/ISO) preferred
• Bachelor’s in Engineering; biomedical/mechanical/systems preferred
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Python/Matlab, PowerShell; Git, JIRA, Confluence
