📋 Description

• Lead strategy, development, and execution of professional education across surgical focus areas.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of education programs: faculty, learners, facilities, vendors
• Develop curricula using adult-learning principles and instructional design; blend digital and

• Collaborate with faculty, marketing, sales, compliance, and education partners for compliant

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or education/training certification preferred.
• 6–8 years of professional business experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or education.
• Experience in medical devices/MedTech or healthcare technology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical specialties, anatomy, procedures, and clinical environments.
• Experience designing education programs for healthcare professionals using adult-learning methods.
• Experience with distance learning, web education, surgical simulation, tele-mentoring is a plus.
