📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality implementation for partners.
• Analyze LEA context, priorities, and challenges.
• Design and facilitate professional learning and coaching cycles.
• Build capacity to sustain RTI²-A+B with less Blue Engine support.
• Manage LEA implementation, progress, and follow-through.
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, data collection, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years K–12 teaching; 1+ year coaching.
• Experience in SPED, multilingual ed, MTSS or RTI/Tiered supports preferred.
• Strong relationships with educators; clear communication skills.
• Data analysis and synthesis ability.
• Project management and cross-partner coordination.
