📋 Description

• Deliver high‑quality technical assistance and drive LEA impact across TN sites.
• Diagnose context, priorities, and implementation challenges; develop clear support plans.
• Design and facilitate professional learning and collaborative communities; coach stakeholders.
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, materials, data collection, and follow‑up for LEAs.
• Monitor progress and adjust support based on data and feedback.
• Help sustain implementation with reduced dependence on Blue Engine over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of K–12 teaching experience with impact on outcomes; 1+ year coaching teachers preferred
• Strong ability to build relationships with educators and leaders
• Clear facilitation, communication, and adaptability for diverse audiences
• Data analysis and synthesis to inform decisions
• Project management: coordinate across partners, manage schedules, and meet deadlines
