Manager, Program Implementation — Tennessee

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality implementation and coordinate support that drives impact for LEAs.
• Develop understanding of each LEA’s context, priorities, systems, and challenges.
• Design and facilitate professional learning and coaching cycles to strengthen RTI²-A+B and
• Co-develop clear support plans with LEA and school leaders, including outcomes, milestones, and
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, materials, data collection, and follow-up for assigned LEAs.
• Monitor progress and adjust technical assistance based on implementation data and partner needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• K–12 teaching experience (3+ years) with impact on student outcomes; coaching experience (1+ year)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Data analysis and synthesis to inform decisions
• Project management and ability to coordinate across multiple partners
