📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of engine and TVC systems for the X-BAT vehicle from concept to
• Collaborate with propulsion REs, controls, airframe, flight test, manufacturing, and leadership to
• Drive propulsion trade studies, thermodynamics, thermal management, and operability constraints.
• Coordinate propulsion integration with mission teams to support maneuverability and CONOPS
• Guide root cause investigations, flight readiness activities, and design reviews.
• Mentor propulsion engineers and technicians; ensure rigorous execution and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7-10+ years in propulsion system development, integration, test, or flight operations.
• Experience leading engineering teams or cross-functional technical efforts.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and propulsion fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of gas turbine engine operation, transient response, thrust, operability limits
• Hands-on experience with propulsion hardware development and testing.
