📋 Description

• Lead propulsion test development and execution for the X-BAT vehicle
• Manage propulsion test infrastructure and flight test support
• Oversee engine testing, subsystem validation, and safety systems
• Coordinate test schedules, staffing, and supplier support
• Align testing with vehicle milestones and program priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in AE/ME or related field
• 7-10+ years in propulsion testing or aerospace programs
• Strong thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer knowledge
• Experience with gas turbine testing and instrumentation
• Hands-on propulsion test stand/facility design or operation
• Leadership of technical teams and ITAR/compliance awareness
