Manager, Quality Assurance

📋 Description

• Oversee QA activities to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, customer, regulatory and QMS standards.
• Lead and develop the QA team; define priorities and daily tasks; mentor and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate product inspection, batch release and disposition to meet quality standards.
• Direct establishment and continual advancement of the QMS; review data trends and CAPA
• Lead internal, customer, supplier and regulatory audits; coordinate audit responses and close
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Control, Supply Chain and regulators to advance quality goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biological sciences, life sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience managing QMS processes including CAPA, audits, deviations, non-conformances
• Experience managing people and guiding teams.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485.
• Experience with audits (internal, customer, supplier, regulatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and using quality metrics for decision-making.
