📋 Description

• Lead QA team to ensure high quality products
• Meet ISO 9001, customer, regulatory and QMS standards
• Oversee product inspection and batch release processes
• Coordinate document control, CAPA, deviations, and audits
• Direct QMS development and continual improvement efforts
• Manage audits with regulators, customers, and suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in chemistry/biological sciences or related field
• Experience managing QMS: CAPA, audits, deviations, doc control
• People leadership and mentorship experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 13485
• Audits experience with customers/regulators
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement skills
