Manager, Quality Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Quality Engineers while supporting career development, team health, and performance
• Build and drive comprehensive test strategies for complex product, platform, data, and financial
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Information Security, and business stakeholders from
• Help developers and cross-functional teams shift testing left by embedding quality practices
• Guide automation strategy across UI, API, contract, data, E2E, load, and performance testing
• Improve existing test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration so testing supports faster

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical
• 8+ years of software testing, quality engineering, SDET, or related engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring quality engineers or cross-functional
• Experience owning quality strategy for large, complex, customer-facing systems.
• Experience with test automation across UI, API, contract, data, E2E, load, or performance testing.
• Experience enhancing test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, K6, or
